1-NPA Number is business calls product for corporate telecommunications in destination of Canada or the USA, when dialing a 10-digit phone number with the "1" prefix, with a fixed monthly-rate.

NPA commonly refers to the «area code». While the "1" prefix establishes that the caller commits to be billed for the communication. In contrast, the "0" prefix is used to place a call throught the phone company.


Since 2007, VoxTel has CLEC Type III status, known as non-dominant Canadian carrier, and complies with CRTC regulations in order to offer carrier billing solutions and sell the 1-NPA Number product.
